What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, occupiers, and contractors within a premium office environment.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains welcoming, safe, and aligned with the building’s standards.
- Handling visitor management systems, access passes, and contractor sign-ins, ensuring compliance with FM procedures.
- Supporting the onsite FM team in delivering occupier communications and service updates.
- Assisting with front-of-house reporting, incident logging, and supporting health & safety awareness within the reception space.
- Contributing to building community initiatives and supporting event delivery to enhance occupier experience.
- Liaising with security, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Front-of-house, concierge, or customer service experience within a facilities management or commercial property setting.
- Professional, warm communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
- An understanding of the FM environment, including compliance awareness and the role front-of-house plays in operational excellence.
- IT literate, with experience using visitor management and booking systems.
