Our Multi user transport centre in Doncaster, keeps the Wincanton Group Transport network moving! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Transport Administrator on our Howdens Contract on the Doncaster site, working as part of a team you will be responsible for the planning and coordinating our drivers to meet the demands of the business. You will be responsible for managing and planning Howdens next day deliveries, debriefing drivers when they arrive back to depot and completing general administrative tasks all whilst delivering to Wincantons high-level service levels. By building close working relationships with the drivers within the business, you will ensure that Wincanton fleet utilisation is always maximised. 40 hours per week Monday- Friday from 11am to 7pm. Salary: £25,000 Key Responsibilities To administer the movement of vehicles (and associated activity) received and despatched from the site in a timely, safe and accurate standard, in line with the agreed service strategy to the JS store network; Drive backhaul volume through the fleet by working with the wider network.
