LKAB is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Stockton. The role involves dealing directly with suppliers, customers, and site administration.

The incumbent will be responsible for performing daily administration and support activities for the Stockton site, ensuring all orders and documentation are accurately processed and communicated to our partners in a timely manner. The candidate will also suggest improvements to Customer Services processes while maintaining high standards for customer and stakeholder requirements.

Key Duties:

  1. Administration and processing of orders and information related to the Stockton site.
  2. Processing documentation for UK and European orders.
  3. Inbound and outbound call handling.
  4. Supporting site management with IMS responsibilities, including audits and compliance documentation.
  5. Ensuring logistical requirements are met by haulage partners.
  6. Managing customer service queries efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Personable, confident, and customer-focused.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
  • Organized with excellent time management and customer service experience.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with export documentation and bookings.
