As a joint brand Beauty Advisor, you will bring the Shiseido and Drunk Elephant vision to our customers in a fast paced open sell shopping environment, embodying each brands philosophy into every customer connection. We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things beauty, thinks creatively and is open minded. Personality, pace and enthusiasm are key.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business. You are a Beauty and skin enthusiast and will be confident, engaging and knowledgeable about Shiseido and Drunk Elephant brand vision and products, ensuring customers are excited and connected with both the brand and you as a beauty professional. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and retail partners in stores. You will maintain high standards of visual excellence of the Shiseido and Drunk Elephant space and will be expected to oversee the visual representation of our sister brands within your store. You will also nurture the relationship between Shiseido and the retail partners in store.

We expect you to be dedicated and enthusiastic to develop your knowledge about makeup, skincare and beauty, to be proactive and target driven with a true passion for the beauty industry and what it represents.
