How You’ll Power Our Business

As a Yard Hand, you’ll power our whole business – as well as thousands of businesses and homes across your area. Working in a close‑knit team at one of our depots, you’ll help keep our delivery drivers on the move and our customers connected to the energy they need. Whether you’re filling up LPG cylinders, loading them onto vehicles and trailers, or supervising the filling of bulk vessels, you’ll put safety first every time. At Flogas, if it’s not safe, it’s not done.

What we’ll need from you as a Filling Operative

  • Lots of team spirit, plenty of initiative, and the ability to multi‑task – so that everything gets sorted efficiently and safely for your colleagues and customers
  • Ability to handle heavy cylinders
  • A commitment to protecting everyone’s health, safety and well‑being in all that you do
  • A reliable, flexible and co‑operative approach that sees you communicating clearly with your teammates and customers
  • It would be ideal if you had experience of safe handling and storage of dangerous goods and a counterbalance forklift licence, but we can give you training if needed
  • A full driving licence is desirable – but not essential
