Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Barkingside – Bairstow Eves Estate Agents
Compensation: On Target Earnings (OTE) £60,000 per annum. Uncapped commission and quality bonus.

Main responsibilities
- Build relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
- Generate new business in a target‑driven, result‑oriented environment.
- Walk customers through the entire mortgage service and advise on products that meet their needs.
- Participate in regular branch meetings to share best practices and strengthen relationships.
Skills & Experience required
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience generating new business in a target‑driven setting.
- Outstanding customer care/service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
