We’re looking for a skilled Fleet Technician with HGV experience to join our team at Finham workshop in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on keeping vehicles in top condition. Plus, you’ll get a great work-life balance, as you’ll work a 37-hour week (between 7:30am and 3:30pm), Monday to Friday. Overtime is available but completely optional — and of course, we’ll reward you for any extra hours. What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles and plant, following Severn Trent and manufacturer standards
- Responding to unplanned maintenance and emergency call-outs
- Preparing vehicles for annual testing and keeping accurate records in our fleet management system
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- A full UK manual driving licence — driving is a key part of the role
- A recognised apprenticeship or a Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
