Do you enjoy motivating, coaching and supporting others in being the best they can be? You can put your skills to the test as you will be responsible for the training of all members of the Housekeeping department.
Working alongside the team you will be checking standards are maintained daily in guest bedrooms and public areas. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role, in a branded hotel environment.
High levels of attention to detail is one of the key skills for our Assistant Housekeeping Manager – do you have the eye that\’ll push our standards to the next level?
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
