Lunch Time Assistant

Location: Littleborough
Hours: 11:45am – 1:15pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary

Are you friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with children? We’re looking for a Lunchtime Assistant to join our client and help create a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
  • Encouraging healthy eating and good table manners
  • Supporting positive behaviour and helping resolve minor disputes
  • Ensuring all children are safe, engaged, and included

Requirements:

A current DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one)
A calm, caring, and approachable manner
Confidence working as part of a team
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
