Ritepeople are currently looking for CNC Machinists to join our client in Stockton-On-Tees on a permanent contract. Job Role * Following part set up sheets. * Operating CNC machines. * Using hand tools such as pin grinders/ angle grinders. * Completion of daily operation, TPM (total preventative/ production maintenance) and * pre-operation check sheets. * Documentation completion. * Manual handling tasks. * Completing tasks by use of engineering drawings. * Inspect quality of parts to maintain high standards. * Inspect all equipment to ensure it’s in a safe working condition. * Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary * adjustments. * Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. * Other adhoc duties as requested by your line manager. However, you will be given * duties in respect of your abilities, skill-set and organisational structure. Qualifications and experience * Previous experience experience using CNC machines is essential. * Previous experience working within the manufacturing sector would be beneficial but * not essential. * Previous experience operating handheld tools would be beneficial but not essential. * Previous experience using engineering drawings would be beneficial but not essential. * NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or similar discipline would be beneficial but not essential
