Night Chef de Partie – Hull

£15.15 per hour + 95p per hour night enhancement

30 Hours per Week – Sunday – Thursday

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Night Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull. As part of Eurest. You’ll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
  • Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.
  • Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
  • Passion for flavour, food presentation, and consistent quality.
  • Understanding of food safety standards, allergens, and hygiene best practices.
  • A team player with great communication and a strong work ethic.
  • A desire to grow and develop in a supportive culinary environment.

Assessment Centre Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our assessment centre on: Tuesday 22nd July or Wednesday 23rd July

Please bring valid Right to Work identification – this is required to participate in the interview.
