Are you a results-driven, ambitious professional ready to accelerate your career in field sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to become a key player in the success of a leading Purchasing Solutions Business. In this full-time role, you\’ll collaborate with talented business development and customer-focused teams, working closely with key national suppliers to create new opportunities for members across the hospitality and leisure industries.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitality and leisure businesses, including pubs, bars, hotels, and golf clubs.

Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and unlocking new business opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams, including Procurement and Customer Service, to drive sales and support growth.

Manage your territory autonomously, with regular visits to the company\’s HQ near Bristol for collaboration and training.

What We\’re Looking For

Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the food, drink, or leisure and hospitality sectors.

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure and maintain long-term partnerships.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.

Full UK driving licence.

Bonus Points

Hands-on experience in hospitality operations (restaurants, bars, or hotels).
