Join Trowers\\\’ dynamic Operations team as a General Office Assistant in Exeter. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to support the Operations department while gaining valuable experience in a global legal environment. This role is 100% office based.

The Role

As a General Office Assistant, you will:

  • Open and distribute post each morning and manage afternoon post collection, sorting, and franking
  • Organise couriers and ensure special delivery mail deadlines are met
  • Deliver packages locally and handle large volume scanning, photocopying, and printing requests
  • Manage stationery orders and assist with file archiving and retrieval
  • Provide back-up for the Reception team and replenish catering stocks in staff kitchens
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required
