The Role
We are looking for a Principal recruitment consultant with at least 4 years 360 agency recruitment experience, working on Engineering and Manufacturing roles, focusing on the any of the following industries: Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Automation or FMCG.
You’ll be joining my client at the perfect time where they are at the ‘scaling up’ stage

Principal Consultant Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, you will be building a desk within your chosen industry
- Business Development
- Maintaining and updating the Company database
- Advertising roles across multiple channels and sourcing/screening/interviewing candidates
- Working towards a monetary target
- Attending business meetings
- Networking with clients/candidates
- Assist in preparation, delivery and follow up activities.
- Opportunities to develop, train and manage
- Uphold the values of the business
