Here at Chubb (part of the APi group), we are looking to for an experienced project manager within the compensations and reward specialism to join our team as Reward Project Manager, to lead major global job architecture transformation projects within our organisation.
This role will be responsible for aligning job structures, creating salary ranges, and driving effective employee communication
This is a hybrid position, and we are open to considering candidates in the UK (commutable to Staines), Amsterdam or Paris

SALARY: Up to £70K per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

What You\’ll Be Doing As Reward Project Manager
This role will be responsible for aligning job structures, creating salary ranges, and driving effective employee communication
Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead global Job Architecture transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR frameworks.
- Develop and implement job structures, salary ranges, and career progression frameworks across different regions.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations and best practices.
- Drive employee communication strategies, ensuring transparency and understanding of job architecture changes.
- Provide expertise on key Reward processes, including Sales Incentives, Variable Pay, and Compensation Planning.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Collaborate with HR technology teams to integrate job architecture frameworks into HR systems.
What we would like you to bring to the role:
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits (Reward), including Sales Incentives and Variable Pay, and will manage stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure seamless implementation.
You Will Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Transformation, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Job Architecture frameworks, salary structures, and compensation planning.
- Expertise in Sales Incentives, Variable Pay, and Reward strategies.
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in multinational organizations with complex job structures with the ability to navigate cultural differences highly preferred
