The Role
As a Content Executive, you’ll be responsible for bringing brands to life on social media. From ideation to execution, you’ll create engaging, platform-specific content that drives growth and builds community. With a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, you’ll work across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating scroll-stopping content that tells compelling stories.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Management
- Creating engaging content across multiple formats, including video, static posts, stories, and written captions.
- Managing content calendars for both in-house and client brands, ensuring a consistent and on-brand presence.
- Editing and optimising short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Social Media Growth
- Developing strategies to grow brand pages, increase engagement, and build strong online communities.
- Monitoring platform trends and identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries.
- Engaging with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster community growth.
Collaboration
- Working closely with the creative team to bring bold ideas to life.
- Supporting on shoot days and assisting with content production.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure their tone of voice and brand identity are reflected in all outputs.
Analytics & Optimisation
- Tracking performance metrics and using data to inform and optimise future content strategies.
- Experimenting with new content types and analysing results to maximise impact.
What You’ll Bring
- We don’t need you to have years of social media experience, you could be a fresh graduate or someone who has not worked in an agency before, we just need you to be passionate and creative!
- Ideally hands-on experience building and managing a successful social media page or brand (this could be a page that you’ve built in your spare time).
- A passion for storytelling and a strong eye for design, copywriting, and video editing.
- An in-depth knowledge of platform trends, viral content, and emerging tools.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
