Job Description:

We are looking for HR and Talent Administrator for a 9 month FTC to provide effective and efficient administration support to the HR team, as well as to internal and external customers, and to support the effective onboarding and learning of employees.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Support the Talent Management team to develop and organise a range of organisational development/learning events and programmes at all levels of the organisation.
  • Process invoices and payments for the HR team, maintaining the budgets and working with Business Partners and the Head of HR to manage spend and ensure value for money.
  • Assist the HR team with tasks such as note taking and general administration, working closely with the HR and Systems Administrator and Recruitment Administrator to provide an effective and efficient HR service.
  • Support the Learning and Development Advisor in facilitating CHP’s early careers programme, including our apprentices, graduates, and work experience programmes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, onboarding, and our leaver process through surveys and performance metrics, monitoring EDI information to support accessibility and inclusivity.

What we are looking for

  • Evidence of competence in administrative processes/procedures
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS office including Word and Excel.
  • Experience within HR and/or Learning and Development
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work pro-actively as part of a team to achieve objectives and manage conflicting priorities.

Please note this roles end date will be March 31st 2026.

  • The salary for this post will be £27,540 pro rata Per Annum.
