Overview
Role: Care & Support Assistant
Location: Buxton House Residential Home, Weymouth (DT4 0QE)
Pay: £12.50 – £12.75 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift pattern: 08:00 – 20:00 (including alternate weekends)

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs as required.
- Deliver person‑centred care that respects residents’ preferences and independence.
- Encourage residents to stay independent and active.
- Foster genuine friendships and a positive, team‑focused atmosphere within the home.
