Mach Recruitment is recruiting for Warehouse Shift Manager to work in a large distribution site in Harlow, Essex.
The Role
As a Warehouse Shift Manager you will be tasked with the following:
Delegating duties to your teams
Solving queries and ensuring compliance with all H&S regulations
Maintaining fully stocked inventory
Ensuring all shifts are suitably covered and track any absences within your team
Ensuring client SLAis met in safe and efficient manner
Maintaining H&S in the workplace
Managing the performance and development of team members.
Supporting management team with any other duties
About You
As a Warehouse Shift Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
Start immediately and are looking for long term work
Experience leading team of warehouse colleagues within a fast paced logistics environment ideally within E-commerce operation
Strong IT skills, including warehouse management system and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Punctuality and reliability
