Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established, market-leading advanced manufacturing business, who are looking to recruit an Account Manager to their join their established and growing team, based near Eastwood.

Taking responsibility for supporting in all aspects of customer service and inside sales, the successful candidate will have experience in direct make to order manufacturing, in a similar customer-facing position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their go-to for order updates, queries, and forecasting future demand
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process – from inputting to invoicing, issuing credits, and everything in between
  • Confidently handle incoming enquiries, ensuring accurate information is gathered and shared promptly
  • Keep ERP systems up to date, ensuring all customer account details are managed with accuracy and care
  • Ensure smooth, error-free processing of all sales orders and documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Background in made-to-order or bespoke manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience in a customer-focused, office-based support role
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Someone looking to build a long-term career and grow with the business
