Assisting a growing business in the oil and gas space to bring on an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant.
- Salary: £50,000 per annum
- Location: City of London
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for supplier accounts, including on boarding new vendors, keeping records up to date, and completing timely account reconciliations

Process supplier invoices accurately, ensuring correct coding and adherence to internal approval procedures

Oversee staff expense submissions and reconcile company credit card statements

Perform regular bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis

Prepare, review, and process payment runs according to the set schedule

Handle supplier inquiries efficiently, fostering strong working relationships

Assist the finance team during audits and with reconciliation tasks as needed
