Brief Description
Job Overview:
The Behavior Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services for identified individuals using principles of applied behavior analysis and other evidence-based strategies. Primary duties include conducting behavioral assessments (functional behavior assessments and analyses), providing hands-on intensive skills training, and staff consultation and training within a residential and school setting. This is an in-person position with a 4-10 hour day schedule. The position requires one weekend day per month, as well as one evening until 8pm per month.

Qualifications
- Master’s with BCBA credentials highly preferred
- Minimally a bachelor\’s degree in psychology, ABA, or other related field (additional RBT or BCaBA certification preferred)
- Experience working with older children/ young adults with autism and challenging behaviors is required
- Applicants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in large teams.
- Must be flexible, open-minded and organized.
Salary Range
