The Role
As a Partner-Level Building Surveyor, you will take a leading role in the delivery of high-quality buildings surveying services, working across a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. You will manage key client relationships, lead project delivery, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to influence the direction of the consultancy, mentor junior staff, and shape business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex buildingsurveying projects from inception to completion
- Manage and develop client relationships to secure repeat business and new opportunities
- Prepare bespoke scopes of work, fee proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Oversee project teams, including junior surveyors and administrative staff
- Mentor and support staff development, including trainees working toward chartership
- Contribute to strategic business decisions, growth planning, and service development
- Maintain high standards of professional practice, compliance, and risk management
