Location: Warrington

We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces through colour and design. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes in a school setting.

We have a number of schools around the Runcorn and warrington area that require additional painter decorators for 5 – 6 weeks starting at the end of July. To work on these sites, you will require an in date DBS and a CSCS card preferably a skilled card. An IPAF licence isn\’t necessary, but you will hold an advantage if you have one.

The hours on site will be 10hrs Monday to Friday, paid at £21phr, with a view to start on the 11th of July.

Requirements:
·4 years plus painting decorating experience
·CSCS card
·DBS check
Duties:
·Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
·Select and mix colours to achieve desired effects.
·Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
·Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with client specifications.
·Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Skills:
·Proficient in various painting techniques and methods.
·Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and team members.
·Ability to drive to various job sites as required will be an advantage but not necessary.
·Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
