Our client, a leading global private investment firm, are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of critical legal and corporate governance tasks within a fast-paced, international In-House environment and, although temporary, there may be scope for the role to grow and / or extend subject to candidate fit.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in areas such as fund management, regulatory compliance, and transactional support, gained either in a top-tier law firm or within an in-house legal department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with fund formations
  • Maintaining corporate governance documentation
  • Managing compliance obligations
  • Supporting the team on complex corporate transactions

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Applicants must be available to commence work from early February and this role requires commitment to at least 4 full days in the office per week.
