Overview
For over 40 years, Mamas & Papas has grown to become one of the globally recognised retailers and award-winning manufacturers within the baby & nursery products sector. Our award-winning products and in-store service create a brand of trust and magical memories for customers.
Within our Customer Care / Contact Centre / Call Centre, based at our Head Office on the outskirts of Huddersfield, we ensure that when customers need us, we are there. The friendly voice on the phone or via email helps to resolve queries about products bought from our stores, online or with other retail partners.
The Role
Role of Customer Care Advisor β As the team grows, we are continually looking for additional Customer Care Advisors. We provide a full training program in call and email handling, systems and product knowledge, so you can comfortably handle a variety of calls and queries by phone or email.
We offer a fun and creative work environment with a like-minded team focused on helping customers the best they can.
Role(s) Available
- Permanent (22.5 hours) across 3 full days
- Temporary (22.5 hours) across 3 full days (6 month contract)
Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:15 to 17:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00. A day off in the week is provided when you work a Saturday (TueβFri).
