What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administration support to the zone across operational, maintenance and construction functions. Support of ENPaRT work programme and reporting. Support data admin in CCT, SAP, Cintellate and other work systems.
- Provide administration and management support within all areas of the business
- Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
- Ensure that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes
- Assist in the building of the weekly work programme with Zone staff and Team Leaders
- Supporting the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme
- Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescale
- Liaison with external suppliers and other business areas Printing and collation on information to assist in the generation of work packs
- Contribute as an effective team member of zone team.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
- Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.
- Comply with appropriate safety equipment as required
- Work towards a zero-accident culture.
What You’ll Bring
- General knowledge of the Operations, Maintenance and Construction business activities
- Planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Administration experience
- Negotiation and people management skills.
- Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of IT systems
- Experience in SAP, CCT and Cintellate systems (desirable)
- Experience in a multi-stranded project support role or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of ENPaRT scheduling system (desirable)
As a Minimum, You Will Demonstrate
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard
- Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite
