We are working on behalf of a leading occupational health provider who are seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their clinical team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and health promotion.
The Role:
Youll take the lead in managing a team of Occupational Health Advisors, while also maintaining a clinical caseload (approx. 60% clinical / 40% management). The role combines direct service delivery with team leadership, performance management, and client relationship support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive case management and fitness-for-work assessments
Oversee clinical delivery of occupational health services, including surveillance and screening
Provide clinical and operational leadership to a regional team of OH professionals
Monitor team performance, support development, and assist with recruitment and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to service growth
Ensure best practices and high clinical standards are upheld at all times
About You:
NMC Registered Nurse with a recognised qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree level)
Significant experience in delivering occupational health services across varied sectors
Confident leading and managing a clinical team
Strong communicator with experience working with clients and stakeholders
Able to work independently and proactively
Full UK driving licence required
