Job Description
- Providing first-line IT Support to all staff across the firm
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assisting with system setups, equipment installations, and user on boarding
- Liaising with external IT providers when required
- Offering hands-on technical support to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous IT Support experience (bonus)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- A-Levels or equivalent qualifications
