About The Role
As a Claims Administrator, you’ll support our claims team by ensuring the smooth handling of administrative tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, maintain accurate records, and facilitate the claims process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the claims team
- Log and record claims using internal and external systems
- Handle incoming calls and perform Data Protection checks
- Maintain strong relationships with Claims Adjusters
- Keep accurate records of all claims activity
