Database and Drawing Administrator / trainee role. Office-based, own transport required to get to site. This well-established, award-winning, high-end residential interiors technical solutions company in West Kent has created a new role for a trainee database and drawing administrator.

The opportunity:

Working closely with one of the directors this position will see you assisting a CAD Designer and other team members in supporting the quotation, project design, and documentation process.

The main focus will be maintaining the product data within the database of the company s main software package. You ll be fully trained on this, an industry-specific, cloud-based solution which manages the whole integration workflow: client engagement, project planning, resource management, installation & service. There s lots of great stuff to learn!

With guidance and further training, you will also be utilising Microsoft Visio to generate technical drawings for the projects. Products are selected and organised within the software, and the drawings are produced from this data.

The person:

With 1000s of individual components used on each project, the client seeks a technical-minded, detail-oriented, analytical person with great administration skills.
