  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes across the organisation
  • Coordinating hardware logistics across the UK, US and international locations
  • Liaising with suppliers and processing IT invoices and orders
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra administration (desirable)
  • Creating knowledge base articles and sharing best practices internally
  • Supporting the IT and Operations team with licensing and compliance registers

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, proactive, and dependable—someone who combines technical capability with excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proven experience in an IT support or coordination role
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Experience managing help desk ticketing systems and SLAs
  • Comfortable supporting users in-person and via video (Teams)
  • Experience with IT asset management, procurement and lifecycle tracking
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding employees
  • A natural problem solver with a helpful and professional approach
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra, and ITSM platforms (desirable)

Why you\’ll love working here

  • A genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where people come first
  • A hands-on, varied role where you can make a real impact
  • An inclusive, down-to-earth team passionate about quality and innovation
  • Opportunities to learn, grow and develop within the IT and Operations space

Benefits

  • Annual leave – 33 days inc. Bank holidays
  • Summer Hours
  • Pension (5% employee, 3% employer)
  • Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives including access to an EAP
  • Enhanced Parental Pay
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives
  • Volunteering Day
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan
  • Generous Talent Referral Scheme
  • Life Insurance
  • Birthday vouchers
  • Eyecare vouchers

Other Requirements

  • This role is office-based, we have on-site parking
  • Minimum of 25MB download / 2MB upload home broadband speed (if occasional home working is required)
