In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting our long-standing partnership with Halfords, helping to deliver high-quality packaging projects that align with their brand and business goals. Welcome to the dream team! As a vital member of our client services crew, you’ll be supporting the Account Manager through the entire packaging content creation process—from brainstorming brilliance to delivering a masterpiece. Team up with our internal champions and client stakeholders to ensure projects not only run like clockwork but dazzle on every level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Transform client packaging briefs into creative gold within ITG’s workflow.
  • Schedule jaw-dropping artwork production in our state-of-the-art on-site multi-channel studio.
  • Perform detective-level quality control checks on assets using ES, ensuring they’re polished and ready for the spotlight.
  • Master the art of managing stakeholder feedback through our Storyteq platform, communicating like a pro.
  • Keep the everything flowing with regular stakeholder updates, ensuring projects stay on course.
  • Be the gatekeeper of accurate and up-to-date packaging Work in Progress (WIP) documentation.
  • An unstoppable customer service mindset, solving challenges with finesse and flair.
  • Excel experience—spreadsheets don’t stand a chance against you.
  • Packaging production experience is your secret ingredient for success.
