We’re an established and expanding electrical contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We’re currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Foreman to join us on a subcontractor basis to oversee on-site operations in Farnham and Windsor in Hampshire and lead our onsite installation teams.
Role Overview:
As a subcontracted Site Foreman, you’ll take responsibility for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate on-site electrical operatives and subcontract teams
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised site
Liaise with main contractors, project managers, and other trades
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with regulations and drawings
Manage deliveries, materials, and site resources
Report daily progress and issues to the project management team
Requirements:
Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition)
ECS Gold Card
Proven experience in a site foreman/supervisory role
Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial electrical installations
SMSTS
UTR number & valid public liability insurance
Own tools, PPE, and transport
