About The Role
Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader on NIGHTS at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times.

- Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care
