Fairmont Olympicis currently seeking a skilled and dedicated PM Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Your attention to detail, leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. The schedule for this role would be 3pm to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a housekeeping preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and aesthetics
- Proficient in using housekeeping management systems or software
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must hold authorization to work in the USA
Physical Requirements Include:
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
