CRP Subsea is looking for a Temporary Stores & Despatch Operative to support our Operations Team in Skelmersdale
What will you do?
- Complete daily and weekly despatch and stores data input
- Ensure all report picking is completed per works order
- Daily checks on production output to ensure the correct packaging is available
- Ensuring that all packing lists are correct with IFS at the point of picking
- The unloading and loading of supplier transport
- Conducting PI counts
- Communicating information to the Team Leader
- Ensuring all working areas are safe, tidy and comply at all times with company H&S guidelines.
- Ensuring the transfer of tooling via the transport request system.
- To liaise with production / shipping / projects and other internal departments to maintain OTD.
- Managing the external yard area at SW thus ensuring it is a safe working environment.
- Maintain the security of the Air Cargo packing area.
- To action all internal transport request in a timely manner.
- Expediting all balances on customer orders for timely shipment, in accordance to the pick lists & packing lists
- Ensure all waste streams are managed effectively
- Locating goods from suppliers and issuing correctly to production.
- Maintaining the data integrity of product stored offsite.
- Covering for other Supply Chain departments based at Stanley Way, Paxton Place or other locations
- Ensuring all vehicles are loaded correctly, and all transport documentation is signed off by the loader
- Ensure the shipping department have all the relevant information to despatch goods
- Ensure all products are correctly identified before leaving site
- Process internal requisitions
