As part of the apprenticeship journey, Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member apprentices will attend workshops, meet with their tutor, learn new skills and knowledge via their online portfolio and be supported by their manager and Apprenticeship Lead. Specialist areas in hospitality include food and beverage service, serving alcoholic beverages, barista, food preparation, housekeeping, concierge and guest services, reception, reservations and conference and banqueting. The most important part of the role is developing fantastic hospitality skills and knowledge such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of the business and working as part of a team to ensure that every customer, whether they are eating in a restaurant, drinking cocktails in a bar, ordering room service in a hotel or attending a business conference, feels welcomed and looked after. Apprentices will have a vocational trainerassigned to them and will meet with their manager for regular progress reviews. What do we need from you?

What are my next steps once I complete my apprenticeship? Once you have successfully completed this level 2 apprenticeship, this may progress into a supervisor or team leader role. Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 would be the most suitable apprenticeship course progression alongside our internal career pathway program. WHO ARE WE?
