Location: Action Mental Health, Enniskillen
The Vacancy
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns between 28-35 hours per week, within Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-15:15.

The Role:
The overall purpose of the post is to support the recovery of individuals with mental ill health through the effective planning and delivery of accredited employability and personal development programmes tailored to meet individual needs, facilitating their progression towards further education, training, or employment.
The post holder will be required to provide accredited training in the following areas:
- Employability
- Personal Development
You will have (essential):
- Experience of working with people with mental health needs or other disadvantaged groups
- Experience of delivering training in a group setting
- A full current driving licence and access to a car are essential. Consideration will be given to alternative travel proposals for applicants with disabilities who cannot hold a licence.
