Our story. Discover how you can help write the next chapter.
Enterprise Mobility started life as a small family business in 1957. Now it’s grown to be the largest global mobility provider in the world, with 19,500 branches globally, an annual turnover of more than $35 billion and the biggest rental vehicle fleet on the planet.
From our senior leaders to our interns, Enterprise Mobility gives everyone the freedom to explore their potential, and the opportunities they need to rise to new challenges and take their skills to the next level – because their growth is what makes Enterprise Mobility\’s growth possible.
Nowhere is this philosophy better illustrated than in our approach to internships and graduate careers. When people join their award-winning Management Training Programme, as an intern or graduate alike, we empower them to start contributing right from the word go. It helps that we are divided up into smaller, local branches, so our interns and graduates gain the skills and experience needed to run their own business in as little as two years.
The other great thing about Enterprise Mobility is that we’re still in private family ownership. This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue the long-term good for our customers, our business and our employees. Join us on our Graduate Programme, and you\’ll be one of the new generation helping us write the next chapter of our success story.
