Overview
Practices within the local community (all denominations and faiths) and work within the community on charity and fundraising tasks. Assist with administration, operational duties, recruitment (internal and external) and training as required. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance. Be responsible for the appearance, speech and conduct of staff both during and after funerals. Deal with client complaints together with your Manager. Ensure branches are maintained to the highest standard of presentation and repair. Communicate ideas that you feel would benefit the client and the business. Lead by example and act as an ambassador for the company at all times. Being a Senior Funeral Director can be an opportunity to make a real difference to families during a difficult time in their lives, and there is a chance to progress into other roles such as Operations or Area Development Manager, with the right skills and determination.

About You
You will already have experience of conducting funerals having worked in the funeral industry previously. You will have good knowledge of the funeral process as well as the confidence and credibility to deliver an exceptional experience for every family we work with. Must have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

They act as the senior role model for all Funeral Directors in the area. Inducting and training as well as supervising, arranging and conducting funerals, ensuring that funerals meet the requirements of the client and are compliant with the company\’s policies and procedures.
