For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Floristry Lecturer to join our small Floristry team. You will deliver high quality theory and practical sessions to a variety of student including level 2 and 3, part time and adult learners. The ideal candidate will have experience of commercial floristry, be an excellent communicator of ideas with a friendly and warm approach to staff, students and customers. You will be able to combine a creative flair for innovative lessons with detailed planning skills to deliver the awarding body’s exam and assessment specifications. A flexible and positive attitude is needed to support the work of the department and its links across college.

Status: Permanent
Hours: 11.1 per week which is a 0.3 fraction Monday – Friday with flexibility to meet business needs
