We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly professional Visa Consultant to join our remote team. You’ll assist UK-based corporate clients with their visa and passport needs, handle customer service inquiries, and contribute to various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise corporate clients & professionals on visa & passport applications
  • Assist HR & Mobility teams with global mobility queries
  • Review & verify documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Troubleshoot client issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions
  • Guide clients step-by-step through the application process
  • Identify potential issues and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, and leadership)
  • Support administrative & cross-functional tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent written & spoken English – assessed during recruitment
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or operations (multi-industry background preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving ability & attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work with senior professionals & corporate clients
  • Confidence working across multiple departments
  • Excellent document-handling & compliance review skills
  • Ability to multitask & manage multiple cases efficiently
