About the role
We have a vacancy for a Catering Assistant to join our great team. Supporting the Cook within our busy care home, you will assist in the delivery of food and beverage, providing menu’s that are healthy, nutritionally balanced, meeting any specific dietary requirements.
You will support our customers at mealtimes, ensuring that exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
We love a celebration, so helping us during a range of events throughout the year is a brilliant part of this role!

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Food preparation experience and an understanding of safe and correct food hygiene/handling procedures.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to work towards.
- Flexibility to work in accordance with rostered hours.
