We are actively seeking a Hotel Receptionist, or a Guest Services Assistantin our world,who will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey. You’ll be the first to greet our guests so strong customer service skills are a must!
Rooming our guests on arrival and providing them with information on the hotel, local amenities and services will be key tasks in this exciting role.

The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests in a warm friendly and professional manner
- Carrying guests luggage to and from rooms
- Labelling all guest luggage and ensuring the porters lodge is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Supporting the front office team with check ins/outs
- Use of hotel buggy for transporting guests around the resort
- Maintenance and regular checks of hotel buggy and bicycles
- Management of the turning circle and top suite parking bays
