We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, delivering high-quality customer care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include guest registration, guest welcome, managing the business center, telephone and concierge services, and guest reservations, all aimed at providing a unique guest experience that embodies our brand.

The person we are looking for as a receptionist is/has…

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role or hotel environment
• High interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Customer service focused (both internal and external)
• Organised, systematic, and process-driven
