Sourcing Specialist

Open to location – Hybrid working with some travel

We’re on the lookout for a Sourcing Specialist who knows how to find great people—and fast. If you’ve got a sixth sense for spotting top talent and a knack for juggling multiple roles without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be building pipelines for high-volume operational roles, keeping our hiring engine running smoothly, and occasionally hitting the road to support recruitment across our sites. You’ll also lend a hand with admin tasks—because even sourcing superheroes need to do a bit of paperwork.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt down top candidates using job boards, social media, CV databases, and your own sourcing wizardry.
• Build and maintain pipelines so we’re never caught short when hiring ramps up.
• Map the market and keep tabs on where the best talent is hiding.
• Reach out to passive candidates and keep them warm.
• Keep our ATS tidy and up to date.
• Share regular updates on sourcing activity and market trends.
• Support the team with admin tasks like invoicing.
• Travel to different sites when needed

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in sourcing or recruitment, especially for high-volume roles.
• Boolean search skills that would make a coder jealous.
• Strong communication skills and a good sense of timing (and humour helps too).
• Ability to juggle multiple roles without dropping the ball.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tech.
• Willingness to travel and meet hiring managers face-to-face (we promise they’re nice).
