Manufacturing Operatives – Night shift

MPLOY Staffing Solutions is seeking manufacturing operatives to create advanced medical products in a modern, clean GMP environment.

Daily tasks include sitting at a bench performing detailed stitching, splicing, gluing, and general needle work to produce our products. You should have good eyesight, a commitment to quality, and the ability to check your work for size and defects.

This role suits individuals with good manual dexterity—the skillful, coordinated use of hands to grasp and manipulate objects with precise movements. It is ideal for those interested in drawing, painting, woodcarving, sculpting, or sewing/embroidery.

Shift Details:

1. Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday
2. Pay rate: £15.21 per hour
3. All breaks (50 minutes daily) are paid, totaling a 40-hour workweek

Location and Environment:

The role is based in Taunton at a modern site with excellent facilities and a management team committed to high standards of quality, environment, health, and safety.
