• Providing exceptional service to guests in a 5-star environment
• To display flair & showmanship when speaking to guests and elevate our art of hosting
• Taking orders, serving food & drink
• Ensure Food & Beverage served is in line with standards
• Empowered to make decisions to delight & enthrall our guests
• Bar prep ready for service
• Stock control
• Accurate billing
• Responsible for safekeeping of all keys
• Follow Health & Safety guidelines
• Follow Company policies & procedures
• Maintain high standard of personal appearance & hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area & follow ‘Clean as you go’

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Ability to bring the ‘Wow’ factor to the role
• Passionate about creating cocktails
• Pro-active and reliable
• Able to work alone and within a team
• Experience in a luxury hotel bar environment preferred
