Job Details
- Own and refine cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead.
- Drive variance analysis and process improvements across 8 U.S. plants.
- Manage inventory valuation and standard costing processes under GAAP.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops and Engineering on BOMs and routings.
- Be the finance lead for ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics) from configuration to go-live.
- Provide training and ongoing support post-implementation.
What We\’re Looking For
- Bachelor\’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/CMA preferred.
- 3 or more years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing (plastics a plus).
- Strong ERP skills, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics (D365/AX).
- Pro-level Excel skills with confidence working with large datasets.
- Excellent communicator and project collaborator.
